The NYPD is looking for the gunman behind a point-blank shooting that was caught on camera.
Authorities released surveillance video from May 26 that shows the suspect dressed in white. They say he ran up to a car outside 2007 Emmons Ave., near East 21st Street, and shot through the front driver's side window several times.
The 21-year-old victim was hit in the arm. He was taken to Lutheran Hospital, treated and released.
