Officials in the Bronx broke ground Tuesday on a multimillion-dollar community campus that is expected to serve one of the borough's most underserved neighborhoods.
The planned New Settlement Community Campus on Jerome Avenue in Mount Eden will house a pre-K through 12th-grade public school, world-class indoor swimming pool and community center.
The project is expected to cost $83 million.
