The 25-year-old Concourse Plaza, located on 161st Street, across from the Bronx County Courthouse will undergo redevelopment that will add a variety of new businesses.The Fiel Organization, owners of the plaza, confirm that the movie theater and grocery store will definitely be staying, but some of the other businesses in the plaza are also trying to add their names to that list.The Fiel Organization's overall plan is to serve people who live and work in the area by including a greater variety of businesses in the remodel.Fiel hopes to complete the entire plaza makeover by next fall.
