Construction workers rallied for safer work conditions and ethics Sunday.

They gathered outside of where a wall collapsed and killed someone last week and injured another on 42nd Street in Sunset Park.

The Department of Buildings says the work site was not up to safety standards.

Advocates say safety standards should be a priority for all workers on any work site as incidents and accidents are costly.

While some workers may fear speaking up, advocates say inspections are key to ensuring safety for all.
