A Brooklyn family is in mourning after a 48-year-old was killed by an alleged drunken driver.
Police say Eugene Malinsky, who emigrated from Russia more than 20 years ago, was hit by a drunken driver Saturday morning at the corner of 86th Street and 21st Avenue in Bensonhurst.
The suspected drunken driver, 26-year-old Jorge Cortes, has been charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence, police say.
