A body that was found in Pennsylvania nearly two months ago has been identified as that of a missing cafe owner from Brooklyn, authorities say. Josh Rubin opened the Whisk Cafe in Ditmas Park back in September. The very next month, his family reported him missing on Halloween. One day later, on Nov. 1, a smoldering set of human remains were found along a remote road in Pennsylvania's Lehigh County. Those remains have now been positively identified as Rubin's. The body had suffered a gunshot wound, was badly mutilated, and had been set on fire, police say. The coroner has ruled the case a homicide. Police say the delay in identifying the remains may have hampered the search for Rubin's murderer.Police say Rubin had no known connection to Lehigh County.
