Police say a man was killed and three others injured after a four-car crash last night on Eastern Parkway. Police say Jermaine Filmore, 29, was driving a Ford Explorer at around 9:20 p.m. on the wrong side of the road near Eastern Parkway and Nostrand Avenue when he caused three additional cars to collide. One of the vehicles burst into flames. The 51-year-old driver was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The other drivers are expected to recover. Witnesses say the suspect ran through a red light before the crash. Filmore has been arrested and is facing a series of charges, including reckless endangerment and criminally negligent homicide.
