The 15-year-old girl accused of murdering her mother and her mother's boyfriend had a scheduled court appearance Friday.
Destiny Garcia allegedly stabbed and shot them both inside an apartment at the Sheepshead Bay Houses earlier this month.
Police say both bodies were riddled with multiple stab and gunshot wounds inside a fifth-floor apartment, where they lived together.
Garcia's attorney says his client is maintaining her innocence, but police say she confessed to the slayings.
