A Cypress Hills Houses tenant says part of his home has no heat.
Gene Thompson says since the temperatures dropped, he's noticed the back two bedrooms are frigid.
He sleeps with three blankets, and says he can't invite family to stay over.
Thompson says he has made repeated complaints to NYCHA, but nothing has been resolved.
In a statement, a NYCHA spokesperson said, "NYCHA dispatched a rapid response team to investigate. While the apartment's heat is operational, some of the rooms were only receiving partial heat. NYCHA crews have made adjustments and apologize for the impact this has had on the resident."
