The New York City Department of Transportation invites the public to partake in weekend walks, and some of those events can be found in The Bronx. One event, hosted by the Davidson Community Center, is scheduled for Saturday on West Burnside Avenue between Davidson and Jerome avenues. The street will be closed to traffic so attendees can enjoy food, salsa dancing, music and activities for kids. There will also be events at East 204 Street and Louis Nine Boulevard.
