A man in East New York says his car has been targeted and vandalized multiple times on Weldon Street.

Azad Khan says his car has been damaged three times in different ways. The first time he says his car was keyed, then his tire was slash, and on Sunday his window was shattered.

Sunday's incident was caught on surveillance video at around 4 a.m.

Two men reportedly went after Azad's neighbor's car and broke the window but did not set off the car alarm.

The neighbor said the two men only took $3 from the car but left everything else alone.

They then crossed the street and broke Azad's car window as well but didn't take anything.

Azad and his family filed a police report shortly after the incident occurred.
