The man accused of burning a 73-year-old woman alive in a Prospect Heights elevator has been indicted on first-degree murder charges. Police arrested Jerome Isaac on Sunday after they say he sprayed Delores Gillespie with gas and set her on fire in her apartment building. A family spokesperson says the crime likely took place over a money dispute. City Councilwoman Letitia James (D-35th District) says a memorial service will be held for the victim Dec. 30.
