A former Playboy Playmate has won a $1.2 million excessive force lawsuit against the NYPD.

Stephanie Adams had sued for injuries she suffered during a scuffle with police in 2006. She says a taxi driver refused to help her carry her bags and then falsely told cops that she was going to shoot him.

Adams says officers threw her on the ground at gunpoint, causing her to suffer permanent neck and back injuries.
