Con Edison: Manhole fire reported Friday in Coney Island

Officials say no injuries were reported and fire marshals are working to determine the cause of the fire.

A manhole fire erupted Friday night in Coney Island, Con Edison says.
The incident took place on 33rd Street and Neptune Avenue, according to the FDNY,
Officials say no injuries were reported. Con Edison says the fire started on an underground piece of equipment. There were no reports of customers out of service.
News 12 initially reported that the fire took place inside a Con Edison facility.
