An early morning fire destroyed parts of Ocean Towers on West 24th Street in Coney Island Monday.Officials say the fire broke out at 4:45 a.m. Sleeping tenants were quickly evacuated.?You could see all the fire shooting though the windows,? says tenant Michelle Mullen. ?It was exploding but everybody was out.?Fire officials say no one was hurt during the fire.
