Firefighters tonight battled a three-alarm fire that caused extensive damage to a Hunts Point supermarket.
Officials say they received a call just after 6:30 p.m. about a fire at the Associated Supermarket located at 724 Hunts Point Ave.
Investigators say the fire started at the rear section of the supermarket's first floor.
Officials say there were no injuries and that the cause of the fire is under investigation.
