Firefighters battle early morning Grand Concourse blaze
It was all hands on the Grand Concourse as 12 units and 60 firefighters responded to an early morning fire. Officials say flames erupted on the third floor of a six-story building just before 6 a.m.

It was all hands on the Grand Concourse as 12 units and 60 firefighters responded to an early morning fire.
Officials say flames erupted on the third floor of a six-story building just before 6 a.m. and completely destroyed the apartment it started in.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, but tenants say the apartment was filled with candles.
No injuries were reported.
