A fourth person has died after a New Jersey driver drove into a Fourth of July celebration on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
According to police, Daniel Hyden was allegedly driving while intoxicated at the time of the crash. Hyden, a Monmouth Junction native, is being held without bail.
If Hyden is found guilty he potentially faces over 25 years behind bars.
