Family and friends of slain teen Ramarley Graham rallied outside his home today for the fourth time since he was shot in an NYPD drug raid. Marchers say they plan on protesting for 18 weeks to represent Graham's age at the time of his death. He was killed Feb. 2 in his East 229th Street residence, and organizers say they walk from there to the 47th Precinct. Today also marks Graham's birthday.
