Halloween is right around the corner and Saint Barnabas Medical Center for Culinary Medicine and Teaching Kitchen have whipped up some spooky, yet healthy, recipes kids and parents can make together.
Chef Emily Schlag came up with three spooky treats - mummy sugar cookies, monster apples and the savory witch's broomstick.
Schlag said she wanted to use ingredients that were simple and easy to find at your local deli or grocery store.
