Bronx drivers looking for the end of the road in rising gas prices may have to buckle down even longer.
The average price for gas climbed 12 cents in the past two weeks, according to the Lundberg Survey. However, the jump is still less than the two previous weeks when prices rose by 18 cents.
Experts say the uncertain future of crude oil prices is causing the price pinch locally. In the city, an average gallon of regular gas is $4.05, a 24-cent hike from this time last year.
