Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.) is urging college students and recent graduates to apply for the state's new Leaders Initiative. The campaign consists of two projects aimed at nurturing emerging leaders who are interested in working for state government. One is an internship and the other is a fellows program.
