Ample Hills Creamery, a Gowanus-based ice cream company, is preparing for the release of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" with movie-themed flavors.
"The Light Side" is a crispy marshmallow ice cream.
"The Dark Side" is dark chocolate ice cream with espresso fudge brownies.
Customers can order the new flavors online.
