A tiny house in Gravesend is making big waves online after it listed for sale at $499,000 despite being the size of a backyard shed.

It's at 86 Bay 47th St. and sits atop a footprint 12 feet wide and 26 feet long.

After 180 days on the market, no one's made an offer, but the real estate broker says it's part of a package deal with the property next door that would be worth the hefty cost for someone who planned to redevelop the lot.

Anthony Mussolino, the broker, says if someone bought it along with the $899,000 property next door, the lot where the tiny home sits is zoned for a three- or four-floor apartment building.
