Heavy rain fell across Brooklyn Friday morning, causing flooding on some streets.
Large puddles pooled in the middle of 9th Street near the intersection of Smith Street in Gowanus.
The rain is expected to tamper off later this afternoon making way for some clouds and sunshine, according to News 12 meteorologists.
Some rain can be expected for the weekend.
