Police confirmed today that Chris Lighty, the hip-hop mogul who managed the likes of Sean "Diddy" Combs and 50 Cent, was found dead in his Bronx apartment.

Officials say that Lighty was found in his apartment with a gunshot wound to his head. The medical examiner has yet to determine a cause of death, but police say the shooting appears to be self-inflicted.

Investigators say a handgun was recovered at the scene, but no note was found.
