Children at the Brooklyn Hospital Center received a special surprise today from some high profile people wishing them the happiest holiday.
New York Giants cornerback Dominique Rogers-Cromartie, best-selling author Teri Woods and Borough President Eric Adams gave away gifts and read stories to children in the emergency room.
Many parents say being in the hospital with their children can be stressful and depressing, but this event adds a little cheer.
Gifts were given out to 150 kids to keep the holiday spirit alive.
