A Brooklyn man who spent nearly 25 years behind bars for a crime he didn't commit is now suing the city. 

Jonathan Fleming, 52, is seeking $162 million after being freed from prison in April. He says he was visiting Disney World back in 1989 when his friend Daryl Rush was shot and killed in Williamsburg. 

An investigation by Kings County District Attorney Ken Thompson found that a key witness in the murder case was pressured by police to identify Fleming as the killer in exchange for a dropped felony charge. The probe also turned up a hotel phone receipt proving that Fleming was in Florida when it happened.

Fleming has reportedly been looking for a job, and an online campaign has raised nearly $50,000 for him.
