A judge ruled Tuesday that Daniel St. Hubert is fit to stand trial in the 2014 stabbings of two children.
Daniel St. Hubert was found unfit for trial in October following a psych evaluation. That decision was reversed after his latest examination.
Back in 2014, 6-year-old PJ Avitto was killed and his friend Mikayla Capers was injured when they were stabbed in a Brooklyn elevator.
St. Hubert has pleaded not guilty to murder and attempted murder charges.
