Junior's is offering cheesecake slices at a special rate in celebration of its anniversary.
Customers normally pay nearly $7 per slice. But in honor of the business' 65th anniversary, they can purchases slices at 65 cents apiece.
Owner Allen Rosen calls the promotion a thank you to all the customers who have supported the business started by his grandfather.
The offer applies to takeout slices, or is available with any dine-in entree purchase. The promotion ends at midnight.
The Brooklyn landmark opened at the corner of DeKalb and Flatbush avenues 65 years ago on Election Day.
Last year, Rosen says he rejected a $45 million deal to sell the restaurant's building to developers. He says it was the best decision he ever made.
