This morning a student at Kearny High School is facing charges of criminal sexual contact.
Officials are looking into two alleged incidents at the school involving a 17-year-old boy and a female student.
The boy was arrested by members of the Special Victims Unit on Monday and charged as a juvenile with two counts of criminal sexual contact says the Hudson County Prosecutor. The boy's name is being withheld because he's a minor.
The girl's age was also withheld to help protect her identity.
Anyone wishing to report a sex crime should call the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit (SVU) at 201-915-1234.
