Neighbors who live between 195th and 197th streets in Kingsbridge awoke this morning to find the tires of numerous cars had been slashed. Police say two of the cars also had broken windows and graffiti

Neighbors who live between 195th and 197th streets in Kingsbridge awoke this morning to find the tires of numerous cars had been slashed.
Police say two of the cars also had broken windows and graffiti on them. The vandalism victims spent the day having their cars hauled away from Webb Avenue.
One car owner was especially peeved after finding his car had been vandalized. He says he pays for private parking and left the car out for one night only.
