New York Knicks' player Cleanthony Early was shot in the leg while allegedly leaving a strip club in Queens early Wednesday morning.
The NYPD did not immediately identify Cleanthony, but say a man was rushed to the hospital suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg.
Cleanthony was allegedly targeted when a group of cars forced his Uber driver to pull over after leaving the club.
Sources say several men got out of the car with guns and stole gold chains from the NBA star before shooting him in the leg.
