A Bronx man accused of forcing a 10-year-old girl to remove her shirt and then photographing her is out on bond after being charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.Jose Malave appeared before the judge for the second time since his arrest last week. His attorney says the 68-year-old has maintained his innocence from the very beginning. According to the criminal complaint, Malave said he took photos of the child because he thought she was being abused, but today he declined to comment on these statements. Some of Malave's neighbors in Parkchester say they are outraged that he is only facing misdemeanors and that he was released on $1,000 bond. Malave is due back in court May 8.
