One of two victims in a hit-and-run outside the Kings Plaza Mall Friday has died.
The incident happened around 6 p.m. on Flatbush Avenue.
Police say a grey Ford van hit a 50-year-old woman and a 47-year-old man.
The woman remains in critical condition, according to officials.
Police say the van in question is missing a side-view mirror.
