Family members and friends held a memorial walk through the streets of The Bronx Tuesday to remember a young man killed in an alleged drunken driving accident.
It's been one year since 23-year-old Thomas Riley, better known as TJ, was struck and killed during a hit-and-run at East Fordham Road and Bathgate Avenue.
Police say 35-year-old Seth Johnson, of Manhattan, is awaiting trial for the incident. He faces several charges, including manslaughter, negligent homicide and DUI.
Loved ones say that if any good can come from the tragedy, it would be harsher penalties for drunken drivers.
