Police say three men were arrested after they responded to a false stabbing call on West 231 Street.
Three employees of the Mini Market Deli were arrested after allegedly blocking police access to the deli's basement, which officers thought was a crime scene. The men allegedly blocked access to give party-goers a chance to exit the deli's basement.
The three arrested men are being charged with improper posting of the store's license, running an unlicensed bottle club and selling alcohol without a license.
