A replica of the Statute of Liberty that was stolen from outside a Brooklyn coffee shop has resurfaced in a violent Internet video. The video, which was posted on YouTube on July 4th, shows the 8-foot replica being blindfolded and decapitated while anti-American slogans appear on the screen. The statue vanished from outside the Vox Pop cafe in June. Vox Pop CFO Debi Ryan says police and federal authorities are investigating the incident. Michael Pergola, who donated the miniature Lady Liberty to the cafe, says he will get an identical statue and place it on the same spot.
