? A new survey from the Straphangers Campaign gives mixed marks for the MTA when it comes to making travel announcements for Brooklyn and other city commuters.

According to the campaign, routine announcements, such as stops, have improved. However, others dealing with delays and route information were poor. The campaign claims more than half of the announcements were hard to understand, incorrect and sometimes no announcement was made.

The 4 and 6 train lines scored the highest with 98%; the W line was the worst with close to 60%.
