Police in Morris County are looking to identify a man seen masturbating inside his car in a public parking lot.

Morris Plains police say that the incident happened Sept. 16 at the Stop & Shop Supermarket on Littleton Road.

Police say that the man was driving a gold, older-model car. He parked next to the victim, exposed his penis and started masturbating while seated in his car, according to officials.

The suspect was described as a white male in his 20s with dark hair that has a curl at the bottom. Police have also released a composite sketch of the suspect.
