Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership is set to host its first restaurant week in partnership with eateries in Fort Green and Clinton Hill.
Castro's is one of the restaurants taking part in Myrtle Avenue Restaurant Week 2023.
"We're participating in the restaurant week because I feel like it's a good opportunity for anyone who wants to come and try our food and see what Castro's has been about all these years," says Alejandro Deanda, manager at Castro's.
Chad Purkey, of the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership, says there are other businesses besides restaurants that will be offering deals.
"We have dry cleaners that are attaching restaurant week promotions to their laundry orders when people come pick them up," says Purkey.
Nine restaurants are participating and offering three-course dinner menus ranging from $20 to $40.
Restaurant week runs from Feb. 17 to Feb. 26.
