The fallout is continuing for a woman who wrongfully accused a child of grabbing her in a Flatbush deli.
Representatives from the city's Commission on Human Rights passed out literature in front of Sahara Deli Wednesday.
It comes just a week after cell phone video went viral showing Theresa Klein allegedly on the phone with police. She accused a 9-year-old boy of grabbing her, though surveillance footage shows that only his backpack touched her. Klein later apologized, shortly after social media users dubbed her "Cornerstore Caroline."
Police now say that they never got a 911 call to that location, and that the complaint numbers for the complaints she says she filed were not valid.
People who say they know here from the neighborhood say something was not right about Klein.
Klein told News 12 that she still has issues from an apparent accident 20 years ago where she says she suffered vertebrae fractures and a traumatic brain injury.
A woman who lives upstairs from Klein says she has erratic mood swings. Another neighbor says she is often yelling and that she writes messages to tenants on hallway walls often.
Many are still pushing for charges to be filed against Klein.
