A new and unique rental car service launched Saturday in Brooklyn.

Car 2 Go allows you to pick up a car in one part of Brooklyn and drive it to another part of Brooklyn without having to worry about returning it to its original spot.

The launch rolled in 250 cars from Greenspoint to Gravesend.

In order to use the cars, the driver must first register online to become a member and pay a one-time fee. Once the driver is registered, they must also pay the rate of the car they will be using.

Car 2 Go has a smartphone app that helps drivers locate and reserve cars that are available in their area. 

John Asante, Brooklyn marketing and sales supervisor at Car 2 Go, says the app shows customers not only where available vehicles are located, but also the license plate number and how much gas is inside.
