Lottery players will have another shot at the ninth-largest Powerball jackpot tonight.

Saturday marked the 11th straight week with no Powerball winner. People are hoping to win the $650 million jackpot - the second-largest Powerball jackpot this year.

A spokesperson from the Multi-State Lottery Association attributed the raise to strong ticket sales and an increase in the interest rates used to fund the annuitized prize.

The lucky winner will have the decision of claiming the annuitized prize over 30 years or taking a lump sum payment of $328.3 million.
