NYPD: Man’s body found in Bronx River at Starlight Park

Police say that the body appears to be a man in his 40s who had no signs of trauma.

The NYPD says a body was pulled out of the Bronx River in Starlight Park on Tuesday. 
The body was found under the East 174th Street overpass bridge and was spotted floating in the Bronx River just after 12:30 p.m., according to law enforcement.  
Police say that the body appears to be a man in his 40s who has no signs of trauma. The medical examiner is currently at the scene with the body.
