Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly announced today that an officer who fatally shot an unarmed teenager in The Bronx has been placed on restricted duty.

A day after 18-year-old Ramarely Graham was shot and killed in front of his home during a marijuana arrest, police are still trying to put the pieces together to determine what happened.

Today, Kelly held a press conference on the incident, saying that the officers on the scene thought they saw a gun in Graham's hands. However, no gun was found. The teen's death has sparked outrage in the community, marking the third time in a week that police officers shot and killed a suspect.

This evening, angry community members carried signs, lit candles and chanted near Graham's home to call for justice.
