NYPD seeks public’s help identifying man who stabbed bus driver in the neck

The NYPD is asking the public to help identify a man accused of assaulting an on-duty MTA bus operator in Brooklyn.
According to the NYPD:
“An unknown male individual became engaged in a dispute with a 60-year-old male on-duty MTA bus operator while aboard a B99 bus on Pitkin Avenue near Alabama Avenue. The individual then stabbed the operator in the neck with an unknown sharp object.”
The suspect fled on foot westbound on Pitkin Avenue.
The bus operate is in stable condition at Brookdale University and Medical Center.
