A New York Police Department sergeant was arrested last night after police say he refused to take a Breathalyzer test.
According to police, Sgt. Kwando Karikari-Awere, 38, was involved in a car accident at the intersection of East 150th Street and Morris Avenue.
No one was injured in the accident. The sergeant was off duty at the time and is now suspended.
