NYPD: Stabbing spree near Grand Concourse injures at least 5

Several people are spending their Christmas morning in the hospital after an early morning stabbing spree occurred at a dry cleaner on East 165th Street near the Grand Concourse.
Police officials say multiple people were stabbed off Sherman Avenue around 6 a.m.
Five people were transported to New York City Health and Hospitals/Lincoln with non-life-threatening injuries.
News 12 is told the violence was sparked by some sort of dispute, but the exact details of the argument were not immediately clear.
Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
