Students at the Boys Town in Downtown Brooklyn say President-elect Barack Obama's victory has been an inspiration.
The students have decorated the Boys Town building with murals, posters and figurines of the next president. They say the election of the nation's first black president has motivated the student body, which is made up of minorities.
The students, many of whom were raised in disenfranchised neighborhoods, say Obama has filled the void of a role model they have long sought.
